You can see the trail. It is cobble as well. There were people walking up it with sandles and heels. I felt badly for the them because I had good walking shoes on and it still wasn't easy. We made it to the top. This monestary is the Monastery of St. Geroge of the Greek Othodox Church. It is 202 meters above the sea. It took between 45 minutes to an hour to make the treck up this hill. Until a few years ago the monks made wine here but there are only a couple of monks left and so that particular wine is no longer made. (Not that we would try it anyway.)
