We took this picture to help us remember where we parked. You don't just park anywhere here. There are places call "otto park". These are wide spots in the rode managed by individuals. (Like in Salt Lake) You pay them to park your car in their lot and they watch your car. If you park on the street you can be towed...unless you have green plates which Jo does. But then you risk whatever. So you pay however many lira they ask to park in the "otto park".
