The costumes for this event were extravegant. These children look to be about 2nd grade. They did a very nice job with their dance. What little girl wouldn't love to be in this dress? All these little girls dancing around in their hoop skirts with a parasol...is that a dream or what. Click on the picture so you can get a close up. I loved it.
