Many of the buildings contain artifacts that are centuries old. One artifact they claim is the staff that Moses used to part the sea. Mohamed's cloak, hairs from his beard, his chipped tooth and other sacred items from the prophet Moahmed are housed here. One building housed clothing worn by many Sultans. Another was dedicated to treasures given to Sultans. These are amazing exhibits. Photography was not allowed and there were guards to make sure there were no exceptions. It is not possible to describe the beauty of some of these items. Thrones that were inlaid with gold, rubies, diamonds and pearls, a baby cradle for a prince guilded with gold and precious stones, swords, and armor were among the precious things exhibited.
