To get up to the 7th floor to church, you can take the stairs or this creaky elevator that only four people can fit into at a time. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. They are looking for a new place to hold church. They really have outgrown this one. They need some classrooms and a larger chapel area. The Area President is coming this week. There may be changes in the air.

There was a couple at church Sunday that was on their way to Russia. They were to stop here for a Humanitarian conference. They were worried that the conferece might be cancelled because planes are not flying because of the erruption of the volcano in Iceland. There were some people here from Sweeden who had been at a conference at the University who couldn't get home because of the volcano.
