This is the spice bazar established in 1597. People have been trading here for centuries. It is located in the the part of the city called

Eminonu. There are streets and streets each featuring different items. The vendors treat you like you are their best friends. One said, "Come here and let me help you spend your money." All the vendors are calling to you to come to their booth. We had several give tastes of "Turkish Delight"...which is delightful.
