This is Turkish Delight. And it is delightful. It is made of cornstarch and honey and rosewater. This particular one has hazelnuts. It is then rolled in powdered sugar. It is quite expensive. It was 32 lira per kilo. ($24/pound). We bought 1/4 kilo and are guarding each bite. We will bring some home and if you are lucky you may get some.
