The Blue Mosque is thought to be the most splendid of the imperial mosques in the city. It was founded by Sultan Ahmet I and built between 1609 and 1616. The grounds were beautiful. They reminded me of Temple Square. As I looke and the picutes that posted the botton picture is the Sophia.
